1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Genius Arbitrage ("Operator", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Oddsbucks platform accessible at oddsbucks.com and related subdomains (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

Genius Arbitrage is a business name operated by Alaattin Dagli, a sole proprietor established in Romania.

By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Nature of Service

Oddsbucks is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides users with:

• Real-time scanning and aggregation of publicly available odds data from third-party bookmakers;
• Identification and display of potential arbitrage (surebet) opportunities based on detected odds discrepancies;
• Mathematical calculators for computing optimal stake distribution across multiple bookmakers;
• Filtering, sorting, and alerting tools that help users identify potential arbitrage opportunities based on publicly available bookmaker odds;
• Historical and analytical reporting for tracking portfolio performance.

The Service is purely informational and analytical in nature. We provide data and calculations to assist your own independent decision-making. We do not provide investment advice, financial advice, or gambling advice.

3. Not a Gambling Operator

We are not a bookmaker, gambling operator, or betting exchange. We do not facilitate, process, or intermediate any betting transactions. We do not accept deposits, hold user funds, or pay out winnings.

The arbitrage opportunities displayed on our Platform represent our software's analysis of publicly available odds at a given point in time. These are presented for informational and educational purposes only. You independently decide whether to act on any information provided, and any bets you place are entered into exclusively between you and the relevant bookmaker(s).

We are not a party to any betting contract between you and any bookmaker. We have no control over bookmaker terms, odds, bet acceptance, account limitations, or payouts.

The Company does not hold a gambling licence. The Service is provided as an information and analytics service and does not include the operation of gambling facilities, acceptance of wagers, or handling of customer betting funds. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of sports betting and arbitrage betting in your jurisdiction.

The Platform displays betting data and analytics from third-party operators that we understand to hold valid licences issued by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC). This service is intended solely for users in jurisdictions where accessing such data is legal. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify their local laws before engaging with any third-party operator featured on this platform.

4. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction;
• Not be located in, accessing the Service from, or residing in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a previously banned user of our Platform.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe you do not meet these requirements.

5. Account Registration

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information as necessary;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Be responsible for all activity occurring under your account;
• Notify us immediately at info@oddsbucks.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You may register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial, promotional, subscription, usage, or other Service restrictions is prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts.

6. Subscription & Billing

6.1 Free Tier. We offer a free tier that grants access to surebets up to a defined profit margin threshold, as specified on our Pricing page. The free tier is available indefinitely with no trial period.

6.2 Premium Subscription. Premium subscribers receive full access to all arbitrage opportunities and advanced features as described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis weekly, monthly or annually in advance.

6.3 Payment. By subscribing, you authorise us and our third-party payment processor to charge your designated payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until your subscription is cancelled. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6.4 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Premium features until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except as required by applicable law.

6.5 Refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection legislation or at our sole discretion. In the event of a material failure of the Service, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit or refund.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform using automated tools, bots, or scripts beyond what is explicitly permitted by our API terms;
• Resell, redistribute, sublicence, or commercially exploit our data or software without our prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
• Circumvent access restrictions, security measures, or subscription tiers;
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code;
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, unlawful gambling activity, or any other illegal activity in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions.

8. No Guarantee of Profits

Arbitrage betting, while mathematically sound in theory, involves real financial risk in practice. Oddsbucks makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds data displayed on the Platform;
• The continued availability of any displayed arbitrage opportunity by the time you act on it;
• The acceptance of bets by any bookmaker at the displayed odds;
• The absence of bookmaker account restrictions, limitations, or closures;
• Any specific level of profit, return, or financial outcome from the use of our Service.

Odds change rapidly and what is displayed on our Platform may not reflect the odds available at the time you attempt to place a bet. You accept that latency in data feeds, bookmaker adjustments, and bet refusals are inherent risks when acting on arbitrage opportunities. All betting-related decisions are made solely by you and at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
• Any data, odds, calculations, results, or information obtained through the Service will be accurate, reliable, complete, or current;
• Defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In such cases, the above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill;
• Betting losses, financial losses, or any losses arising from your reliance on the data or calculations provided by the Service;
• Damages arising from bookmaker account restrictions, closures, or non-acceptance of bets;
• Any damage caused by interruptions or errors in the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms and the Service, regardless of the basis of liability, shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Genius Arbitrage, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any betting activity you conduct using information obtained from the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, user interface, software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and all other content (collectively, "Company Content"), is owned by or licenced to Genius Arbitrage and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Company Content without our prior written consent. The Oddsbucks name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Genius Arbitrage.

13. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service displays links and references to third-party bookmaker websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, terms of service, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as an agent of any bookmaker. Our display of bookmaker odds does not constitute an endorsement of any bookmaker or its services. When you navigate to a bookmaker website, you are subject to that bookmaker's own terms and conditions.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service will immediately cease; (b) we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy; (c) provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

15. Responsible Gambling

The Service is intended solely for users aged 18 years or older. We encourage all users to gamble responsibly. Betting involves risk and may result in financial loss. Users should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. If you believe that gambling may be affecting you negatively, please seek assistance from appropriate support organisations in your jurisdiction. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for responsible decision-making.

16. Data Accuracy & Third-Party Data Sources

The Service relies on odds and other information obtained from third-party sources. We do not independently verify all information displayed on the Platform and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability. Third-party data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable from time to time.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, failures of third-party service providers, governmental actions, natural disasters, labour disputes, or other force majeure events.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications relating to the Service.

20. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue available legal remedies before the competent courts of Romania.

Nothing in these Terms shall deprive consumers of any mandatory rights or protections afforded to them under applicable consumer protection laws.
