Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees for the Oddsbucks software service operated by Genius Arbitrage. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, in particular the Subscription & Billing section.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account (Account → Subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

We do not refund unused time within a billing period except where required by applicable law or where we decide to issue a refund or credit (for example, in the case of a verified, material failure of the Service).

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the paid period has started, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise or where we choose to issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly at support@oddsbucks.com with your account email and any receipt or order reference from Lemon Squeezy so we can review the case.

4. EU / UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights including a cooling-off period for distance contracts. Rights for digital services can depend on whether delivery started at your request and whether you acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal. This policy is a summary only and does not replace mandatory law.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, charged multiple times, or experienced a payment processing error, please contact us as soon as possible at support@oddsbucks.com. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, issue a refund or account credit.
